Please read thoroughly in order to prevent misunderstanding in the future. Please do not hesitate to ask if you are unsure about something. Information may change at any time. -SEE YCH FOR SEPERATE YCH SPECIFIC TERMS-Payment
-Paypal invoice! Payment must come first unless discussed otherwise.
-Amazon gift cards and Steam are accepted occasionally.
-I do not accept game/site currency such as csgo skins, amino coins, etc.
-An art/adopt trade is not a form of payment.General
-I have the right to post anything unless discussed otherwise, a privacy fee will be charged depending on the piece. I also have the right to put my signature on any piece.
-Legally, I can use any commissioned piece for whatever I like (portfolio, etc.) you are paying for the labor of making the art for personal use, not commercial use.
-It is your job to tell me everything before I start, and provide the correct references (visual, not word description please), many/complex edits may cost extra. I start after I see payment is received.
-If asked I will send a sketch wip, all edits must be done here. I will only do edits when I have done something wrong or missed something. If I decline an edit it means I do not believe the change is significant to the piece, or it is just a part of my style. You may not argue when I decline a change. YCH's have a visual provided so wips are not given for them.
-When you do contact me please act semi-professionally as this is a business interaction.
-Please contact me on FA if you can, I do not use discord/telegram, email me at [email protected] if you cannot contact me on FA or DA.
-You are not allowed to use my art for commercial use.
-Please credit me when posting on any site, do not post any wips I have sent, do not edit my work without permission, and do not crop out my signature.
-I will not do work for blank accounts due to scams in the past, I have earned the badge of a trusted artist and I’m legally registered as a business to make purchases safer for you. Please do not feel offended if it seems like I cannot trust you. If you still wish to make a purchase as a blank account, the first purchase must be an Amazon/Steam gift card so that I know I can safely trust you as I cannot afford to lose my Paypal with another strike due to scammers falsly reporting that they have not bought my service.
-I may use any work for promotional purposes, commissioned fanart may be used for future prints.
-Turnaround time is typically 24 hours, the bigger the project the longer it will take me.
-I am a college student and work a job outside of art so please keep that in mind if you are kept waiting for a response, normally it will not be longer than a few days.
-I have the right to deny a commission without giving a reason, if you react poorly to this you will be given a kind warning to be respectful and blocked if it happens again.
-You may not argue with these rules, I have them for a reason. Ignorance of them when making a purchase is not accepted. Buying from me means you have read and accepted these terms, refunds will not be given for not knowing about them.Do's and Don'ts

All open YCH's/Adopts/SalesYch's are pre-made so they have their own TOS.Non-Animated YCHS:
-Species: Unless specified, can be changed to any species, may cost extra. Normally does not include humans.
-Gender: If the YCH does not specify _ only it most likely can be any gender. _only gender ychs can also be used for intersex characters most of the time. Genderbent characters are okay.
-Bodytype: Does not change, and if it does it is usually only slightly. Dramatic changes can be denied or may cost extra. Feral characters will be turned anthro to fit the ych.
-Outfit related ychs: Clothes do no change other than possibly color. Any other changes may cost extra.
-Character accessories: Things such as collars or piercings can be added to most ychs.
-Design: Complex designs such as wings or fullbody tattoos may cost extra.Animated YCHS:
-Gender: Each animation states specifically if it can be any gender or a certain type, intersex characters may apply to certain ones only. Genderbent characters are okay.
-Bodytype: Does not change. Unlike non-animated ychs there may not be changes, the time to change the entire animation outweighs the ych price.
-Character accessories: Certain things may be included, items that get in the way of major parts or require a lot of movement may be denied or cost extra.
-Design: Complex designs such as wings or fullbody tattoos may be denied or cost extra.
-Auctions: If you win a ych auction there is still the possibility of getting additional fees for complex characters such as additional body parts that need animating such as wings or multiple limbs. This applies to design as well, if a character has full body tattoos or a lot of markings it takes much longer to animate. Auto-buy can usually cover such costs, if it is not an ab then these additional fees usually only $5-$10 per character may still apply.Common Questions:
Is this ych open? YES. If it is still posted then it is open.
Can this be made nsfw? If it is not animated, most likely yes.
I want to add this scene to the animated ych, can that be done?
No. I do not add frames to animated ychs. Animation takes a lot of time and the price of the ych is much lower than what it would be as a custom.
Can I have this ych for free?
No, as much as I would love to make free art for everybody I am not rich enough to do so. It is also a bit offensive because such a question implies my art is not worth anything, I have a soft heart so please be as respectful and kind as I am to you <3My TOS applies to ychs as well.
If your character has something on my don'ts list it will be changed to fit the ych.
